Registration Forms

We have an annual registration fee. We accept cash, check or pay via bank ACH. If you are enrolling in the middle of the school year, you may still complete the registration form and pay the registration fee. If you have any questions, we are also available during school office hours.

Contactless payment is available through ACH. ACH is a network that coordinates electronic payments and automated money transfers. ACH is a way to move money between banks without using paper checks, wire transfer, credit card networks or cash.
