Front Desk Position

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering phones and greeting children and families
  • Providing information about the school and programs to potential clients.
  • Scheduling tours/collecting & reviewing enrollment documents.
  • Tracking immunization information and contacting guardians to update records
  • Creating/maintaining client files, attendance records and contact lists
  • Collecting and documenting payments for tuition or activities.
  • Creating and distributing emails and documents, as required to communicate with staff and families
  • Securing/closing building at end of each day.

Requirements:

  • Experience with computers and multi-line phones required
